Grant The Tooth Fairy has been created after my Grandson Rory started asking questions about him. Why do they want our teeth Nana? What do they do with them? Are they real? What does the tooth fairy look like???????? So, this is Grant the Tooth Fairy as I see him.
His little bag will hold any baby milk teeth and money from a two pound coin to a five pound note (depending on how generous your Tooth Fairy is) but will be easy to wash and dry.
Knitted flat, using smaller needles it makes a nice tight weave that I’ve knitted using Cotton yarn so he’s durable and hard wearing. He’s the perfect size for little hands to hold and allow their imaginations to grow. Welcome to Nana Mandy’s world of fairies lol.

Materials 50g Paintbox yarns Cotton DK - Slate Green 427 40g Paintbox yarns Cotton DK - Light Caramel 409 50g Paintbox yarns Cotton DK - Paper White 401 20g Paintbox yarns Cotton DK - Pure Black 402 7g James C Brett Faux Fur - H4 2 x 10mm Buttons in a contrasting shade for jacket 2 x 10mm Black Button Mushroom Eyes (optional) Oddments of pink embroidery thread Toy Stuffing Stitch Marker Dental Floss (optional) to attach eyes Needles 1 pair of 2mm needles 1 pair of 3.5mm needles Large eye tapestry needle Size & Tension Height 26cm approx. 20 sts x 27 rows in st/st using 2mm needles = 7cm x 7cm Although tension isn’t critical for this pattern it will affect the finished size and the amount of yarn you’ll need to finish this project if your tension varies.
