PLEASE NOTE: This Is A PDF Knitting Pattern
My Giraffe is another one of those projects that I have been putting off for years. I wanted her to be bright, cheerful and colourful. But I also wanted her to be easy to make.
I have used fabric pens to make her spots, and the links are included in her pattern. She is such an easy knit. She’s packed full of character and hides a chocolate orange inside her belly beautifully. Or if you prefer you can buy a clear 7cm fillable bauble and stuff it full of sweets/candys, a lottery ticket or any small gifts you can think of to make her truly unique.
She can be easily turned into a softie by using the base pattern included in the pattern. She’s the perfect size for little hands to cuddle. Or she would be ideal to sit on a shelf looking so cute and adorable.
She is knitted flat using 3mm straight needles and DK yarn. I have used an iCord in the pattern for her ossicones and tail but everything is explained with colour photos throughout.
I hope you’ll enjoy knitting her as much as I have.
